Day started with a bit of shopping - some dentist drill bits!

Off on our way:

Quick stop at Benmore Dam where we had missed the tour by 10 minutes! Had a quick look around and drove down the other side of the lake to Aveimore.

The friendly "folk" at Kurow:

Steam train in Oamaru:

Unfortunately only saw the sign, not the real thing.

No trip is complete without Humpty Dumpty from the Oamaru Gardens.
